The Xpelair GXC9 extractor fan, part of the renowned GX range, is designed for domestic use, making it a perfect fit for kitchens, utility rooms, or larger bathrooms. This versatile unit features a powerful axial fan capable of direct extraction to the outside, with flexible mounting options for walls, windows, or panels. Safety is ensured with an integrated finger guard, preventing any accidental injuries during operation.
Activated by a convenient pull cord, the GXC9 complies with Building Regulations for kitchen ventilation. Its sleek white design is both attractive and unobtrusive, blending seamlessly into any home decor. The fan's hole diameter with the wall liner is 266mm, making it suitable for various installation scenarios.
Known for its high performance, the GXC9 boasts reversible, fully enclosed external rotor motors that maintain constant volume outputs even in windy conditions. The pre-balanced sickle-bladed impellers ensure quiet, smooth operation, while the maintenance-free sealed bearings allow for installation at any angle. Additional features include low running costs, a silent electro-thermal shutter to prevent backdraughts, and a tamper-proof plug and socket assembly for easy service access. This fan is also compatible with single and sealed double-glazed windows up to 25mm thick.
