200W/sqm Pro Range heating mat with fixing tapes and zero-float low-shed fibreglass mesh for heating beneath tile, porcelain and stone floors. Installation is simple with the cut-and-turn mesh and the mat is suitable for primary and secondary heating in even badly insulated rooms. Supplied with a 4m coldtail and robust 100% earth shielded heating cable and coldtail to comply with the 18th Edition, and covered by Heat Mat's Lifetime Warranty.
